Your joining link: rs.behes.dev. Dragonwilds currently requires a numeric IP in its Direct IP screen; copy it below.

In Dragonwilds, open Play → Worlds → Direct IP Connection and enter the address below. You can also search the Public worlds list for the exact world name shown on the server card.

Use the same game version as the server. If an update hides the server, update the game in Steam and use “Update & verify files” here.

Resources & recovery

—Dragonwilds memory · 10 GB limit
Higher game priorityUp to 5 CPU cores; Minecraft capped at 2.5
—Latest world save on disk
—Start automatically when the VPS reboots

Minecraft: 2–6 GB Java heap, 8 GB total memory limit. Dragonwilds: 10 GB total limit. Websites and the OS retain the remaining memory.

Backups run every 30 minutes. All snapshots stay for 48 hours, then one per day for 14 days. Manual and pre-change backups are kept. A live backup includes the latest save written to disk.

Players

The documented dedicated-server limit is 6 players. Join the game to see the live roster and manage players.

Your Dragonwilds account is configured as the owner. Open Escape → Settings → Server Management for the game’s available kick, ban and unban controls. The admin password is in the Settings tab.

Stop the server before switching worlds, creating a world, or restoring a backup. Each change first creates a recovery backup. Your local PC saves stay untouched.

Hosted world

World library

For Custom or Creative settings, create and save that world in your game, then upload its .sav here. Uploading does not switch the hosted world.

Backups

Restore returns saves and server settings to that snapshot, including passwords. Download a copy to keep it on another computer.

Stop the server before saving settings, then start it to apply them. Changing “Default world name” only affects the next newly created world.

Player management

Use the in-game Server Management screen for live moderation. Owners can ban and unban players. Regular admins have more limited permissions.

Player records below reflect what the game has written to its configuration; they are not a live player count.
